Description

1 Wood Close is a home within the Ashcroft Care Services providing care and
accommodation to six male and female Younger Adults with profound learning
disabilities.
Wood Close is situated on the outskirts of the market town of Horley in the
village of Salford’s, in a quiet residential area, with a nature reserve duck pond
within a few minutes walk. The home has a seven-seater vehicle, which is
used to transport service users to various places of interest and on holidays.
Service users are encouraged and helped to participate in the activities and
amenities offered in the nearby town of Horley and within the Village. All six
bedrooms in the home are single rooms with en-suite toilet and washing
facilities to three bedrooms.
The home has a large garden laid mainly to lawn with a wide range of garden
furniture in place for the use and enjoyment of the service users.
The fees range from £1,150.00 to £1,800.00 items not covered by the fee are
personal items, some holidays and a weekly contribution towards the petrol for
the homes vehicle of £12.50.
