The Regard Partnership – Latymer

Regard Partnership Limited, Latymer is a Domiciliary Care Agency providing 

care and support for service users in the Redhill and Reigate area. The majority 

of service users live in supported living accommodation.  Latymer was 

deregistered as a care home under The National Care Standards Commission, 

and was registered as a Domiciliary Care Agency by The Commission for Social 

Care Inspection.   

The agency is run and managed from a converted garage attached to the 

former care home.  This is situated in a residential road on the outskirts of 

Redhill town centre.  The agency has thirteen care staff on it's books and they 

work a shift system in the homes, arranged by a shift leader and care staff on 

duty in the supported living houses over a twenty four hour period, with senior 

staff providing an emergency on call service.  The agency premises do not have 

facilities for staff independently, so staff have to use all the amenities of the 

supported living house, e.g. the kitchen and toilet facilities.
