The Oaks

Description

The Oaks is a small residential care home providing accommodation, personal 

care and support to adults with a learning disability. The home is run by The 

Avenues Trust Ltd, who manages a number of similar homes in the area.   The 

Oaks is situated between Salfords and Redhill. The home occupies a modern 

detached building with service users bedroom accommodation arranged across 

the first floor of the premises. All bedrooms are for single occupancy.  There 

are staff on duty 24 hours a day to meet individuals needs.  The home benefits 

from a good-sized secure garden to the rear with patio seating and a barbecue 

area. There is a small amount of off road parking at the front of the premises 

and opportunities to park in local roads nearby. 

The current fees charged for this service range from £460 to £1060 per week
