The Greens

Description

The Greens is a care home for up to 3 adults with learning disabilities. We provide quality care in a comfortable homely environment.

The Greens is a detached property in a residential area, within easy reach of local amenities and facilities. Communal accommodation consists of a large lounge and activities area, as well as a well equipped kitchen and dining area. All personal accommodation is in single rooms, and service users are actively encouraged to personalise their own rooms and decorate them exactly as they please. The rear garden is freely accessible to all within the Home.

Life at The Greens is as varied as the service users want it to be. Some service users attend a local day centre on a weekly basis. Activities are organised within the home which include flower arranging, music therapy, aromatherapy, manicures and cake baking, as well as planned excursions shopping, going for meals out and to places of interest.

Service users have access to healthcare services including GP services, dentist, podiatrist, psychology and psychiatric support.
