The Grange and Walton Cottage is a small family owned Ltd company that has been providing residential care since 1986. Both homes are situated next door to each other.

We at the Grange & Walton Cottage support the concept of providing care and support in a community setting for individuals with a learning disability.

At Walton Cottage greater emphasis is placed on promoting independent living skills with a view to service users moving into a more independent supporting living environment.

Ten people live at The Grange between the ages of 20 to 65 years. We are also registered to accommodate 1 person over the age of 65. Eight people live at Walton Cottage between the ages of 18 to 40 years.

We provide residential care for adults with learning disabilities and other various health needs and associated conditions such as Down’s Syndrome, Autism, Cerebral Palsy, William’s syndrome, Prada Willi Syndrome, Epilepsy, Mental illnesses, Challenging behavior, Diabetes and Dementia and other health conditions.  

We have on site day activities centre which is available to service users who live at The Grange & Walton Cottage.

We will be providing respite services in the near future.
