The Clockhouse is a detached 3 storey care home, run by the RNIB for up to 6 adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities or sensory impairement.

Set within the community of Redhill, The Clockhouse has all single rooms with en suite facilities. 2 of these bedrooms are on the ground floor and have been adapted for use with service users with physical disabilities. The communal living space includes a large living room, kitchen and utility room. There are gardens to the rear which include a patio area and sensory garden that can be accessed via steps or a purpose built ramp.

Service users are very involved in the day to day running of the home, they meet weekly to plan the menus and arrange to do the food shopping. All service users are free to attend 'The Hub' formally the RNIB college. Activities undertaken at 'The Hub' include music, drama, bookclub, yoga, lifeskills, horse riding, cooking and swimming.

Staff encourage and support service users to access community facilities and use public transport to go shopping, bowling and for trips out.
