The Cedars is a Care Home for up to 16 older people, some of whom may have dementia, situated in a residential area of Ashford. The Home is convenient for local shops and amenities, including a day centre that residents are able to attend.

Accommodation is spread over 3 floors, with a passenger lift accessing the first floor, and a stairlift accessing the second floor. Majority of bedrooms are single, with only one shared room. There is plenty of communal space for everyone, including a lounge, a further combined lounge/dining room with patio doors opening onto a sunroom overlooking the mature enclosed garden.

Activities are planned daily and take place in an afternoon. They include dominoes, music, reminiscence, art & Crafts, quizes and ball games, as well as the opportunity to attend the local day centre.
