Description

The Brambles provides quality home based care for adults with learning disabilities enabling service users to live in their own home.

The Brambles staff can undertake daily tasks, support service users in social activities, aid with budgeting skills and shopping, along with providing emotional support and person centred planning and support. Medication can be administered for service users, this will always be adminisitered by trained staff.
