Description

Surrey County Council Home Based Care team for woking are based in Quadrant Court, Woking.

We provide Care in people's own homes in order to support them to maintain their independence, in a familiar environment.

The Care team provivde care within and out of standard working hours, with Team Leaders on call mon-fri 6.30am- 9pm.

All care staff are all fully CRB checked and trained to a high standard.

Types of care we provide

• All aspects of personal care
• Administration of medications
• Bathing and showering assistance
• Assistance getting up in the mornings and going to bed at night
• General everyday tasks
