Sunrise Senior Living Dementia Care Neighbourhood is a substantial detached property  that has been purpose built to provide dual accommodation consisting of two  registered homes. The thirty-eight beds for the reminiscence home are on the ground  and first floors with the nursing home on the upper two floors. Each floor of the  reminiscence is a self contained unit with a lounge, dining room, activities area,  kitchenette and resident's laundry. The home is located in Virginia Water and access to  shops, church, public transport and other local services is within easy reach. The  majority of the bedrooms are single with en-suite facilities, however there are some

single rooms that share a bathroom between two residents.

All areas of the home are  furnished to a high standard, concentrating on the needs of residents with dementia.  There is a passenger lift accessing all floors. The units are secure with key pad entry  and exit on all doors including the lift. Each unit has access to a secure garden for  residents to access at all times. There is parking to the front of the home or  alternatively in the next door station car park. The fees at the home vary at the home  depending on the room choosen and the care needs of the indidviual resident and are available on request but start around £1015 per week.
