Arrangeing care with us is easy.
1, Give us a call and arrange an appointment to see our Care Manager.
2, We will get together for an informal meeting to talk about your (or your loved one's) care requirments. Then we will formulate an outline care package. There is no charge for this service.
3, We will visit you in your home to finalise your requirments and match one of our local carers with the approriate skills. Once again, there is no charge for this service.
4, Finally we will prepare a written proposal that clearly outlines our suggested care plan.  This includes everything including costs, terms, our committment, and also a start date.
SmartCare offers a more cost effective solution than a residential or nursing home, promoting your independence and keeping you inyour home is our aim.
