RIDGEWAY MANOR is a large beautiful mansion set in 16 acres of grounds, at the foot of the Surrey Hills in Oxted, Surrey.  Junction 6 of the M25 is four miles away, Oxted railway station is within walking distance, Biggin Hill being a ten minute drive away.  The house retains many original features, in the public rooms, and the main lounge boasts two original fireplaces, with original ornate mouldings.  Many of the bedrooms also have their original fireplaces.  There is a large Folly, which is used by residents for reminiscing, but is available for residents and their families/visitors to use.  Meals are served in the dining room, likes and dislikes are taken into account, and special diets are catered for.

RIDGEWAY MANOR is owned by CNV Ltd, a small private company which has over 25 years experience, owning Eversleigh Residential Home and Rosecroft residential home, both homes are in Bromley, and acquiring RIDGEWAY MAN0R in 1997.  Janet Browne is the manager, who has a team of senior carers, and care staff, with over 50% being NVQ trained.

Accommodation comprises of mainly single rooms, most with en-suite facilities.  All rooms are furnished, but residents may bring personal belongings, such as suitable items of furniture, pictures, tv etc.  The home has a passenger lift, which serves all floors.
