Milner House is situated just two miles away from the centre of Epsom. It is on a main bus route with Ashtead, Leatherhead and Epsom train stations also close by.

Milner House can accommodate up to 58 residents. The accommodation is provided on one floor and has four spacious lounges and one large dining room. We offer single and double rooms, all with en-suite facilities. Milner House also has an extensive garden with a patio area for residents to enjoy.

The comfort of our residents is very important to us, so each room is decorated to a high standard. You’re welcome to bring personal belongings such as ornaments, pictures and small items of furniture.

We never forget this is your home, and meal times are no different. You can choose to eat your meals in the dining room or your own room, and we can provide meals for your visitors as well.

Our appetising, home-cooked meals are nutritionally balanced and we can cater for any special dietary needs - such as low fat or vegetarian.

At Milner House we have a dedicated Activities Organiser to arrange a programme within the home that includes arts and crafts, games and entertainment. There are also regular organised trips and events outside the home, including visits to the London Eye, Hampton Court and the local garden centre.

You will find a wide range of support services in the home, including a hairdresser, visiting chiropodist and dentist. Of course, we also provide full catering and laundry facilities.

Everyone needs to feel secure, so each room has a 24-hour call system - help is at hand whenever you need it. A lockable facility is also available for your valuables.
