Heathlands is situated in a residential area close to Dorking town centre, a GPsurgery and main roads. The home provides personal care and support for upto sixteen service users who have dementia. Communal areas located atground floor level are the lounge and dining room. There is a garden to therear of the property with an accessible patio and lawn area, the garden issecure. Bedrooms are located at the ground and first floor; there are someshared rooms, currently no bedrooms have ensuites, the lack of this provisionmay not always allow for privacy for service users. There is a bathroom oneach floor and a shaft lift provides access to the first floor.Some activities are on offer to service users at home and in the community.The home has car-parking facilities at the front of the property.
