Heart of the South Care Agency have been providing support to care homes and domiciliary care to clients in their homes throughout Tandridge and the surrounding areas since 1997. Offering a unique and refreshing approach to care giving, we provide both traditional help around the home and specialist care for clients with complex and special needs.

Our services range from helping with domestic and household chores to 24-hour care for clients with individual needs. With care visits from 30 minutes upwards, we are able to help our clients to live a fulfilling and secure life while still enjoying the independence of their own home.

Our staff are fully trained, CRB checked prior to and during employment and all new staff go through induction and are reference checked.

We have a 'Good' rating from CSCI.

Known in the local community for their personal care and attention to detail, our staff aim to do as much as possible for their clients. A lot of what we do could be described as personal assistance work, where we help clients in their everyday life while still encouraging them to use their own skills around the home.

It's a service that begins with a thorough assessment of the prospective client. Taken into account are the individual circumstances, medical history and needs, then an individual package of care is designed, this may range from a quick visit to check the client is okay, right through to 24-hour help and companionship. Each client is matched to an appropriate carer, so they always see the same face.

Care staff cover is available on a long term and short term basis. We will do our best to cover last minute bookings.
