Haven House (Knaphill)

Haven House is a large detached property set within its own grounds. The home is

within walking distance of local facilities. Accommodation is provided for up to nineteen

adults and is based on two floors. Two people share one double sized room. The

communal areas are spacious and consist of a dining room, main lounge, a smaller

lounge and a large kitchen, which is accessible to residents. There is a conservatory

and large garden, which has a summerhouse and is accessible to all the residents,

particularly residents who smoke. The manager stated that the weekly fees for the

home range from #375 to #500.
