We aim to provide the best care and social rehabilitation service with the ability to respond to the individual needs, wishes and choice and to act appropriately.

As the leading privately owned domiciliary care providers in Southern England and South Wales, our objectives are to provide support and to enable people in their own home for as long as possible, maintaining their independence, thereby promoting real choice between staying at home and residential care.

We are a member of the United Homecare Association and have also achieved the prestigious Investors in People award.

We strive to be flexible whenever possible to respond to the individual’s needs and wishes and act appropriately.

Our services can be purchased on a private basis, direct with the relevant branch or via Social Services.

We can provide as little or as much help, as you need, from 15 minutes to 24 hours a day, night sitter, holiday or respire care.

Our prime role as an organisation is providing care in the home, or domiciliary care. A full range of support and services are available specifically developed to help people cope with a disability or illness and remain independent for as long as possible.

Expert Nursing and Support
Our experience in care has enabled us to fully understand the needs of our clients by treating them as individuals. A unique care plan is created after a thorough consultation with the client, family and GP in order to fully understand our clients needs and requirements.

Companionship and a little support is all that many of our service users require. Many tasks that are taken for granted can sometimes be problematic for certain individuals. We endeavour to support our clients in any we can in order for them to achieve their day-to-day goals with dignity.

Personal Care
One of our fully trained carers will assist with your personal care needs:
Getting up in the morning – going to bed at night – washing, showering and bathing – personal hygiene – shaving – catheter and colostomy care.

Help with Medication
Our care staff can assist with the taking of prescribed medication. A full copy of our medication policy is available on request.

Meal Preparation
A key factor for our clients to aid and support their independent living requirements. This can be breakfast, lunch and evening meal. Hot drinks and snacks can also be arranged whilst in the company of your carer.
