six people with a learning disability, who have a hearing impairment. Service users

have individual bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The bedrooms are

set over two floors, access to the first floor is by stairs. The home has a large rear

garden with patio area. The service has its own vehicle, a people carrier.

The home is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Epsom. A number of

local shops are close by. Epsom town centre with a larger variety of shops and facilities

is a short distance away. The area is well served by public transport.

The service is managed and staffed by the Royal National Institute for deaf people a

registered charity. The property is maintained by Hyde Housing Group 'In touch'
