accommodation, kitchen, laundry and two bathrooms. One room has en-suite facilities

and the three other bedrooms are sited near to the bathroom. The cost per resident

per week is £884 and holidays, personal items, one-to-one support and

complementary therapies are extra and charged separately. The bungalow is located

on a main road, with parking for 4 cars. There is a large garden to the rear of the

property which is shared by the company's sister home Oaklawn next door.
