Our Philosophy
Fermoyle House Nursing Home is a long established provider of quality care for older people in  Addlestone, Surrey. One mile from Jn.11 of the M25.

Our Residents are always at the heart of our philosophy. Everything we do is aimed at providing them with the quality of life they deserve.

We provide a happy, secure environment and congenial surroundings for every resident.

Each person is recognised as an individual and care and attention is provided to meet each specific physical and emotional need.

Residents are encouraged to bring their own individuality to share with others and to pursue their own interests and relationships.

Daily Life
Life at Fermoyle House is as varied as our residents, we place a high value on our social care as well as the physical care we provide. Hobbies are very much encouraged and facilitated by our activities co-ordinator.

We tailor our care to the ever changing needs of the residents, from helping with day to day activities through to full nursing care.

We appreciate the enjoyment of a freshly cooked meal and our cooks take great pride in their food and consult with the residents to ensure they are preparing their favourites. We use only the best quality ingredients, locally sourced where possible.

Accommodation
We are able to accommodate up to 32 residents in mainly single rooms, all beautifully furnished and benefiting from a wash hand basin. Some have TV points. All have a staff call system. A resident's own room remains their personal space and we actively encourage them to personalise it and make it feel like home. We strive to give residents as much privacy as possible so that they can enjoy the pleasure of being alone and undisturbed if that is their wish.

We have 2 lounges, both over looking the sheltered gardens which can be freely accessed during the summer months. The dining room has tables for four to dine together and enjoy meals in a cheerful environment.

Staffing
All the staff at Fermoyle House are carefully selected for the individual caring experience they bring. Our compliment of staff includes qualified nurses, trained carers, domestic and ancillary staff, an activities co-ordinator and our highly experienced cooks and their kitchen staff.

The team share the vision that residents are at the heart of everything we do and everyone works together to make our home a happy place to live and work.
