Description

Deacon House is a large detached property situated on the outskirts of
Merstham Village. It provides accommodation and support for up to eleven
service users with a learning disability some of who also have a physical
disability. Surrey Borders Partnership NHS Trust formally known as Surrey
Oaklands NHS Trust owns the home.

Accommodation is arranged on two floors with all service users having their
own room. There is also a large, dining room, kitchen, and a large garden to
the rear of the property. Bathrooms and toilets are situated on both floors.
The home has its own transport, which includes a car and a mini bus.
The fees range from £51,000 to £67, 000 per year.

The registered manager is on maternity leave and the deputy manager has
taken on the role as manager in her absence.
