Copse Lea

Copse Lea is a residential home for up to 6 adults who have learning disabilities.

Welmede Housing Association manages the service. The service is a detached property

and the facilities and accommodation are set on two floors. There is no mechanical

means to access the upper floor and none is required for the existing residents. All

residents have a single bedroom and access to a separate lounge, dining room and

kitchen. There is a large garden to the rear of the house and other garden areas to the

front and side. The home is situated in a residential cul-de-sac in Ottershaw, which has

a range of local facilities, including shops, post office, pubs and public transport. Fees

not known at time of inspection.
