Bracken Lodge

Bracken Lodge is situated in a quiet residential area of Caterham, a short

distance from the local shops and amenities. The property is two semidetached

houses that have been joined together.

Care and accommodation is provided for up to ten adults with learning

disabilities. The bedroom accommodation is provided on the ground floor and

first floor levels, and consists of one shared and eight single bedrooms.

Bathroom and toilet facilities are provided on both floors.

There is a communal lounge and a smaller quiet lounge on the ground floor for

the individuals to use. The home has a large conservatory, which is used as a

dining room and activities area with an additional chalet in the large wellmaintained

rear garden where individuals can have leisure and activities.

Car parking facilities are available to the front of the home.

The fees range from £600 to £800 per week.
