Bellsgrove was first opened as a care home in 1982. The current owners purchased the
property in 2001. It is a family run care home registered to accommodate up to
fourteen older people including residents who have dementia.
 
The home is a large detached converted domestic property situated in the village of
Fetcham, with a range of local shops nearby. The home is presented across two floors,
with a passenger providing level access to the first floor. Resident's accommodation
consists of fourteen single bedrooms with half providing en-suite facilities. Communal
space consists of a combined lounge dinning room and conservatory.
