Individual Care Packages Tailored to your needs

We will either visit you at home, in hospital or wherever suits you, to discuss your individual needs and support. We will carry out a friendly but professional needs analysis and put together your personal care plan. It could be help with medication, doing a little shopping for you, companionship, assistance with personal care, a trip to the garden centre, help cooking or baking, or full 24 hour live-in care.

Live-in Care

Live in care provides personal and tailor made care, support and companionship, all of which is provided in the comfort of your own home.

All Care Inclusive realises that looking for a carer for a friend or relative can be extremely difficult, our aim is to ease you through the assessment process. All Care Inclusive is able to provide you with a care worker 24 hour per day to provide you with the reassurance that someone is always there to assist with personal care, house keeping and to provide much needed companionship.

The live in care worker would reside with you in your own home and follow a tailor made, person centred care and support plan, which will have been made specific to you.

Our care workers are trained to the highest standard and specialised training is sourced to meet the specific needs of our customers to ensure carers can provide the best levels of care.

If you would like to arrange a no obligation prelimary assessment please give our office a call. The only thing we would ask is our customers provide a separate room for our care worker to sleep. This means they would still remain on call in the night.

Our total training programme has been developed to cover all areas of care so that YOU, as a user, will be able to choices and feel confident that you are getting the right care with the right attitude
