people. The home is situated in a quiet residential area of Guilford close to local shops,

bus routes and a train station. Accommodation is arranged on three floors and is

accessible by lift. Residents' suites comprise of bathroom and kitchenette. There are

spacious communal areas within the home, which include a furnished lounge and a

nicely decorated dining area. The home offers car parking and a small and rear garden.

The home has been extended to include a further two suites and a ramp to the front

entrance. A large conservatory and two further suites are in the process of

construction, taking a portion of the original large well-maintained garden.

Fees range from #660 to #710 per week.
