Advantage Nursing Agency Ltd. is committed to ‘Achieving the best for you’. We provide with carefully selected domiciliary care workers and nurses, who provide a comprehensive range of high standard domiciliary care services, within a 75 miles radius of Reigate, Surrey.

Our Service users include:

• The elderly
• Adults with dementia
• Adults with mental health illness
• Adults with learning disabilities
• Adults with terminal illness
• Adults who are ill (other than terminal illness)
• Adults who are recovering from illness

Services we provide include:

• Personal care such as assistance with feeding, bathing and toileting.
• Light house work such as dusting, ironing ext.
• Shopping for food, preparing and cooking meals.
  
• Supervision relating to the service user’s activities of living.

Your service user plan will be developed in consultation with you and any person acting on your behalf. A detailed record of your personal care plan will be kept at your home.  Your care worker will at the time accurately record all care given in the record.

Most of Domiciliary Care Workers’ hold qualifications.  Qualifications held by staff include:

• NVQ Level 2 in Care
• NVQ Level 3 in Care
• NVQ Assessor
• Registered Nurses

The agency is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection under the Care Standards Act 2000 as a Nursing Agency and as a Domiciliary Care Agency.

Our hourly rates start at £14.13 per hour to £19.54 for weekend. Services provided by registered Nurses starts from £26.39 per hour. The minimum period for staff assignment is 6 hours.
