7 – 8 Hawthorn Way (RNIB)

7 and 8 Hawthorn Way are two semi-detached properties linked via a rear

conservatory. The home provides care and accommodation for six service

users who have a visual impairment and who also have a learning or physical

disability. The home is situated in close proximity to the College Campus of

The Royal National Institute for the Blind. All the service users living at the

home attend classes in The Campus during term time. The home has gardens

to the front and rear of the property.

The fees charged range from £46,087 to £59,472 per year.
