Kent and Surrey. 56 Oakwood Road is located in a residential area, close to

Horley town centre and is convenient for public transport and other community

based facilities. The house is a detached, two storey property which is domestic

in style and character. It has limited off street parking to the front of the

building. There is a large, enclosed garden to the rear of the property. Service

users bedroom accommodation is offered for single occupancy and is arranged

across the first floor of the premises. Bedroom accommodation is accessible

only by stairs. There is staff on duty 24 hours a day to meet individuals needs.

Service provision includes a seven person ‘people carrier’ for the sole use of the

home.
